Booking Process

We know that your pet(s) are your kid(s) and finding a pet care provider to take care of your family members should be seamless from the beginning. This is why we have created a system that's as effortless as possible, so you can focus on all of the important things - like enjoying the retired life, visiting your family and spending time enjoying your dream vacation to Hawaii.

If you're ready to get started, see the process below!

  • Step 1

    We'll have a quick phone consultation and then a free in-person meet-n-greet at your home. During the phone consultation we will go over info about your pet(s), create a personalized client portal for you and answer any questions you might have. During the in-person meet-n-greet, our team member(s) will come to your house to meet you and your pet(s) to ensure that everyone gets along great!

  • Step 2

    During our phone consultation we will have went over all your pet(s) info. You will receive an email from us asking you to verify all info in your client portal and to sign our service agreement shortly after your free in-person meet-n-greet.

  • Step 3

    For future service simply request a reservation online! Click the link above or click on the button "Current Clients" on the top of any page on our website to access your client portal at anytime.

  • Step 4

    We will care and love on your pet(s) when you need us! Enjoy your vacation to Hawaii while you receive photo/video updates of your pet(s) from us!
